EuroSPF Conference – Registration

Here, you can make a binding reservation for the EuroSPF Conference.
The conference fee for presenters, posters and participants is 250 euros + VAT. Students pay a reduced fee of 125 euros + VAT. (Students are kindly requested to include a copy of any official document demonstrating that they are currently Ph.D. students). After you have made your binding registration, you will receive a message informing you of the payment method, and additional information.

Cancellation fees

- 1 month before: no fees for cancellation
- Less than 1 month: 100% fees

Publication

A booklet of abstracts will be distributed during the conference.
The authors must bring their final version to the conference. Two paper printed versions and an electronic version are requested (USB key or CD for example). The authors must provide a declaration about intellectual property rights and permission for publication. The proceedings will be published on this website after the conference in order to ensure full dissemination (free open access).
